Comments submitted at least one hour prior to the start of the meeting will be forwarded to the Board of Directors prior to the meeting start. Those received after this time will be shared with the Board members after the meeting.

Staff Recommendation: That this Board receive the staff report, and, after

discussion and public comment, adopt Resolution 23-14, approving the RBRA    

Civil Rights Policy and direct staff to post the materials to the RBRA website

as described in this report, as may be amended.
