Vessel Turn-In Program
The Vessel Turn-In Program (VTIP) is a program created to help boat owners surrender their unwanted recreational boats free of charge. The RBRA is a participating VTIP agency that is funded through grants administered by California State Parks Division of Boating and Waterways (DBW). If you have a boat you would like to surrender, please fill out the VTIP Release form and email it with a copy of your title of ownership to:
