Regular meetings of the governing board of the Agency shall be held at such times and places as shall be established by  resolution. All such meetings, including regular, adjourned or special meetings, shall be called, noticed and held and conducted in accordance with the provisions of the Ralph M. Brown Act, Sections 54950 through 54960 of the Government Code of the State of California.
