STAFF RECOMMENDATION:  Following any Board member or Public Comments, approve Ordinance 25-01 revising the Richardson Bay Regional Agency Code to set forth the conditions for the overnight anchoring of vessels in the Designated Anchorage and authorize publication in a local newspaper.

           fully utilize the Housing grant funds for FY2025-26.
